With nearly two decades of road under his feet both in the music industry and the branding world, Keith Neltner leads NSB, a team of creative people – strategists, designers, writers, photographers, developers – based in a studio aptly constructed as a gambrel style barn in Camp Springs. Partnering with best people he can find, Keith is never far removed from the work, so that quality is assured, and the vision he has for his brand is realized.

Andi is a brand strategist and account lead as well as a key collaborator of Keith’s. Andi has over 15 years experience spanning both traditional and digital advertising. She has led a wide variety of categories and brands partnering with industry giants including Procter & Gamble, Sunny Delight Beverages Co., Wrigley’s and Dannon. A Cincinnati native, Andi served as VP, Client Services at Possible Worldwide, one of WPP's leading interactive agencies and Landor, the world-renown branding firm. Andi's energy and passion is helping to ignite NSB to become America's next great branding studio.
Jeff is Keith's writing partner and one of the biggest small batch collaborators. Jeff has worked in the agency business for like a zillion years, as a writer, producer and creative director at agencies including BBDO, Northlich and Barefoot, on brands including Delta Air Lines, Hardee's, Long John Silver's and Kindercare. Jeff is especialy proud of helping screenwrite "Charlie Louvin, Still Rattlin' the Devil's Cage," a documentary film produced in 2012.
